Community Liaison: Voting rights at Community Liaison Meetings by Vale Councillors as Liaison Meeting is a sub-committee of the main council. Decided that in future Community Councillors will be eligible to vote at liaison meetings before the Vale Councillors vote. PACT Mtg: Brooklands Terrace roundabout improvement now completed. Local problems of anti-social behaviour at Wenvoe Playing Fields, Burdonshill and Community Centre reported again.(I.Moody)

Resolved: Not to support. The property is in the Conservation Area and is designated as a ‘Positive’ building within that area. The proposed building line is forward of the main building and the external material does not match the original dwelling. It will be an over-development of the site.
